I have this 2021 4Runner TRD Off-Road with a failing driver-side dash tweeter. It sounds really bad at mid to high volume. I'm thinking if I can just swap the faulty one out with a matching OEM part, or if I should take this chance to upgrade both dash tweeters. If I go aftermarket, is there anything else I need to modify? Is this simple to install?

Swapping in an OEM tweeter is definitely the easiest route, you're already pulling the dash apart, it's a great time to upgrade both.
